I’ve always known that I definitely wasn’t Swedish in my previous life – perhaps Greek as one of my best friends (because she is the only one I ever met who talks as much and as fast as I do). But after Shervin and Azadeh’s wedding I’m seriously considering if I wasn’t Persian. Loud, spontanious and a little crazy.
Let me walk you through the day – we started out at Björn Axén where the übertalanted Maria Boström did Azadeh’s hair and makeup. That woman is a genius and I can warmly recomend her – when I left the wedding late that evening (after tears, laughter, dinner and wild dancing) Azadeh still looked perfect!

Azadeh’s mascot – a dalmation called “Pricken”! Hello – just like my dog!

Azadeh’s beautiful gown from Garamaj and the bridsmaids’ dresses from Karen Miller.

Before the ceremony the girls enjoyed a limousine drive with champagne and some old “absolute music” hits – best pep up ever!

Azadeh’s father walked her down a white carpet leading up to Villa Pauli in Djursholm.

And after a Swedish ceremony a Persian ceremony followed:

Azadeh – you are b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l!

One of my favorite photos of Shervin, what a handsome guy:

During dinner a spontaneous dance broke out in the dining room – loved it!

I really can’t explain how much fun I had shooting Shervin and Azadeh’s wedding at Villa Pauli - not only the couple but all the guests made me feel like part of their family. S & A – thank you so very much!
